This body of work comprises six pieces based on styles of saxophone playing associated with several of the legendary players of past and present years. To perform these pieces you will be called upon to use a variety of techniques such as the use of vibrato and playing in the altissimo register . With all the pieces keep the style foremost in your thinking when performing. Listen to lots of examples and with some assistance from your teacher and your good taste have some fun with these pieces.
