Free downloads
Reed Music offers many free downloads on this website. To download a free item you provide your name and email address. By doing so you’ll be added to our mailing list — you can unsubscribe at any time, though we’d be sorry to see you go. If you’d prefer not to share these details, you’re welcome to skip the download.
Digital Download eScores
Many Reed Music printed publications are also available as digital downloads (eScores). After successful payment you’ll receive both a download link on the Reed Music website and a link by email to printable PDF files. You may print these yourself and use them on your own devices, including computers, tablets and phones. Reed Music eScores are licensed to the purchaser and are watermarked with the purchaser’s name, email address and postal address on each page. eScores may not be purchased by music stores and resold to their retail customers.
Payment
Payment is accepted securely by credit or debit card at checkout. Reed Music does not charge any fees for the use of credit cards. We also offer 30-day accounts to Australian schools (please contact us to arrange). All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Delivery
Digital eScores are delivered instantly and have no delivery charge. For printed music and other physical items, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Actual delivery times vary depending on your location. For instant delivery, please consider a digital download.
Taxes
For Australian customers, all prices shown include 10% GST, and the GST component is itemised in your cart and on your tax invoice. Orders billed outside Australia are not charged Australian GST, so overseas customers are charged the GST-exclusive price. Some countries charge taxes or duties on imported goods; please check with your local customs authority, as any import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and refunds
Because music is so easily copied, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, and downloaded products are non-refundable. We will always replace items damaged in transit and put right any faulty, incorrect or duplicated purchase.
