Greg Clarkson

Greg Clarkson is an Australian woodwind player and composer, performing on saxophone, clarinet and flute. A freelance musician based in Melbourne, he also writes and records music in his own studio. His performing credits span work with Shirley Bassey, John Farnham and drummer Louis Bellson, and he played in the Australian stage production of Jersey Boys. Clarkson is the saxophonist in the eclectic Melbourne band Late for Breakfast, alongside singer-keyboardist and co-songwriter Michael Oliphant, bassist Roger McLachlan (a founding member of the Little River Band) and drummer Gerry Pantazis. The group blends rock, jazz and funk with narrative-driven lyrics, and released the album The Art of Falling, the result of a long songwriting partnership between Clarkson and Oliphant.
